Slow and dropped answer streams Resolved 2026-07-08
Component · Chat streaming (LLM proxy)
  • 2026-07-08 · 09:42 UTC — Investigating
Some chats saw slow first tokens and a few answers cut off mid-stream. Traced to elevated latency at our upstream model provider.
  • 2026-07-08 · 10:15 UTC — Monitoring
Added retry-on-drop to the proxy and shed load from the affected path. Streams stabilized.
  • 2026-07-08 · 11:03 UTC — Resolved
Upstream latency recovered and our retries confirmed healthy. No data affected — Regenerate recovered any interrupted answers.
Blank Frames previews after deploy Resolved 2026-06-19
Component · Frames rendering
  • 2026-06-19 · 16:05 UTC — Identified
A caching change served a stale preview iframe to some sessions, showing blank Frames on first load. The underlying code was intact.
  • 2026-06-19 · 16:38 UTC — Fix deployed
Rolled back the cache header change and busted the stale entries.
  • 2026-06-19 · 17:00 UTC — Resolved
Previews rendering normally. A hard refresh cleared any lingering stale iframe.

Honest note: this page reflects only the components Wren actually operates — the web app, our chat-streaming proxy, Frames rendering, and storage. It does not, and can't, speak for the upstream model provider or the platform hosting we build on; if one of those has trouble, you may see it in Chat streaming here, but check their status too. Wren is a small, web-only product on a single workspace — we don't run enterprise-scale infrastructure and we won't pretend to. Uptime figures are rolling 90-day estimates. For the running history of what changed, see the changelog; for help with a specific problem, the help center.
